The sermon, How Sweet It Is, released in 1966, was delivered before an audience of more than 1000 in an after-hour service held at the Friendship Baptist Church on Sunday night, February 14, 1965.
This sermon, released by Jewel Records, launched Rev. Holliday on an evangelical journey that led him to be known throughout the United States as an understanding pastor and evangelical and religious educator who was without a doubt one of the world’s most renowned preachers.
Rev. Holliday went on to record many sermons during revivals and guest appearances. Jewel Records released 10 of those recordings from 1966 – 1978. Those recordings are listed in this discography.
